We deal with all aspects of litigation, whether it be personal injury or relating to Civil Law, such as breach of contract, neighbour disputes, wrong-doing of any civil kind, and debt collection. In suitable cases, we are prepared to undertake work under a Conditional Fee Agreement (often known as a “no-win/no-fee” agreement). We will gladly explain this to clients who believe they have a claim for personal injuries against another motorist, their employers, or a Local Authority, in a free initial consultation to determine whether or not they have a claim to pursue. We aim to find the most cost effective way for our clients in dealing with such cases. We progress work in an efficient and conscientious manner, and to act with professional courtesy at all times.
