Home Information Packs

It is now a requirement that, subject certain exceptions, all residential property placed on the market for sale must have a Home Information Pack.

We are able to prepare these on your behalf and we will not charge you for the preparation of your Home Information Pack provided we retain your conveyancing instructions subject to certain terms and conditions. Unfortunately, in our experience many Home Information Packs prepared on behalf of persons selling property, do not, in our view, fully comply with current legislation nor do they provide a complete picture to a potential buyer. This is, afterall, the purpose of this pack of documents. The result maybe the transaction being delayed or the buyer withdrawing altogether.
